If autocorrect changes a patient name while they are filling out their forms, it will change it in their patient profile. Can we disable this feature? If we, or the patient, does not catch this change, it makes it difficult to find patient profiles.

I can turn autocorrect off on our check-in iPads but this does not solve the problem if patients are filling their forms out on their personal devices prior to their appointment.
