confirmation email for rescheduled appointments
there's been client confusion at our shop because if a client reschedules their appointment themselves they won't get an updated confirmation email. this has resulted in double booking themselves or just not showing up.

This is a crucial option. The Blvd response is incorrect. This feature does not exist. I can manually send out confirmation when I reschedule or at any point in time. However, when client reschedules, unless I go in and manually resend the confirm, clients won't get anything and it's a big deal. When you have a lot of clients there is no need for manual process that could be automated.
Client should receive the new confirmation when they reschedule with new appointment details.

You can notify clients of rescheduled appointments as long as the checkbox is selected to email them when completing a reschedule.
