We want a client's appointment history to be accurate at a glance. We'd like to be able to delete canceled appointments from a client's history when they were done by staff as a "mistake or error".

Right now you can hover over the canceled appointment and see the reason, but we want to be able to quickly glance over the history to see accurate portrayals of appointment attendance. So we'd like the ability for at least management to be able to delete these mistakenly canceled appointments.
