In the old platform my work used, we were able to upload client's info, despite something like an e-mail address being invalid, which would allow the information to be saved. It would be really nice to be able to update and save the CT's information, despite there being something wrong in their information, like the email. As it stands now, I'm unable to update some CT's info due to invalid information which, truthfully, is more than frustrating. Whilst on that subject, our old program altered us when it was someone's birthday so we could apply a b-day discount at check out. If that's not already done, I do suggest adding that feature too.
