  1. By creating a self checkout process for clients, it could eliminate the need for a front desk staff. We could equip our salon with iPads that have the self checkout available to them at any point in their service for a seamless and less awkward checkout process

  2. When patients cancel online them, ask them to select a reason for cancelation and prompt to reschedule. It would be nice if we could change the options for cancelations. Thank you!

  7. Right now there is no limit to how many transactions can be performed using an offer code. Some businesses only want the client to be able to purchase a discounted gift card once but there is no limit currently to how many they can purchase.

  8. Add 'refund deposit' as a default refund option so 'other' and typing out 'refund deposit' doesn't have to be done. The majority of refunds are from deposits

  9. Wish there was verbage on the email booking confirmations something along the lines "add to calendar" or make the appointment time and sevice a link to click. A lot of clients are unaware that theyt can create a calendar event.

It would be great to give our patients the ability to monitor how many vouchers or product units units they have remaining on their account through the patient facing portal so they dont need to ask us and just "believe" what we tell them. It would be an added bonus for them to be able to SHARE their vouchers with another patient, especially if they are purchasing as gifts, etc.

  16. I would like to add to this and maybe have a reminder pop up when they late cancel within a certain timeframe that we can set?

    If its legal - take a step further and either have the system automatically charge them or put the late cancel charge in their cart/profile to show as needing to be check out by the front desk some how?

  18. Unless the staff member has the Location Manager privilege group enabled, staff members can't access the 'Hardware' section of the 'Manage' tab, making it difficult for them to troubleshoot Duo hardware issues without someone with an Admin or Location Manager privilege group present.

  19. Our practice has (4) of the latest iPad Pros and (3) duos. They are constantly disconnecting/unpairing from the duo and/or unliking from the BLVD software. This is extremely frustrating. These iPads are dedicated to BLVD use and I've tried everything to keep them from doing this. I'm actually quite surprised there aren't more complaints. Please fix this! Before BLVD we had Square and their POS systems is leaps and bounds above BLVD. I can count on one hand how many times the system disconnected. With BLVD at least one of the connections goes down daily. Personally I would prefer a…
