  2. Would like to have a gift card sales only report (no other products or types to filter out or need to manually adjust)
    - show gift cards sales totals
    - show gift card card values and discounts
    - show if cards purchased online or retail with ability to filter by dates

  3. It would be helpful to be able to specify what stylists are willing to take new client online bookings. I have a few service providers that no longer want to take new clients. But don't want to get rid of online booking completely, because current clients like to schedule online with them. It would be helpful to have a setting where stylists can choose if they would like to be available for new online bookings.

    1. The ability to duplicate a campaign rather than reinventing the wheel every time
    2. Emoji's in the subject line

  7. I've been open for 10 days and have had more than a dozen people come in frustrated on the page that says "add more" It is not even close to intuitive that you need to click on the service to remove it. There has to be a button added! Please!!!

  8. Currently when you create an offer it only allows to apply the discount to the item (per item). With this clients are able to use that discount on multiple items that are eligible. Can you all create a "per transaction" option for discounts, so that the client can only receive the discount towards the total transaction. For example, I currently have a $25 discount code. If a client books a massage and facial online they will save $25 on each item saving $50 total. With a "per transaction" option, they would only be able to save $25 total.

  12. They want a pop up alert that tells if the client has a card on file or not when booking the appointment, before it's been finalized. They want this so that they can easily tell if they need to ask for a card when booking appointments internally through the dashboard.

  13. The details for disputed transactions are very puny. There should be more information on what the bank has provided, the actual end result (did I get the money back, did I lose it forever?) What other charges are associated with the dispute. Dates that all of those charges hit my account, etc...

  15. As a medical practice having the date and time a patient signs a form or a provider signs a chart is very important. Currently, each record shows a time stamp on the computer but this does not appear when it is printed. Having this printed would be very helpful for any medical legal issues. Thank you.
